We continue to support all of our retailers with our "second to none" experienced team of counselors and specialist. Our team will assist in coordinating merchandising and support services. Our common goal is to maximize the performance of regular and promotional pricing that will result in increasing total store sales and profitability.

Our Counselor services include but are not limited to the following services:

• Regular store visits for business reviews with analytical information for all departments.
• Recommendations for improvements from product ordering (regular-promotional-truckload) to merchandising.
• Assistance in training and working with department managers to maximize growth and profitability.
• Review and evaluation of store/item performance including the need for store resets, new item introduction or update item tags.
• Support and advice on equipment additions or replacement.
